Wasif has spent his career starting things. He founded Empirisch Tech as a lab rather than an agency, betting that a small team publishing its work in the open would earn more trust than a large one selling access to a black box. So far it has produced three platforms, Chaperone AI for language, Numerical AI for physics, and Simvera for vision. Each one is run as its own product with its own customers. He is still on every technical call, and he still signs off each evaluation before it ships.

Shoaib is a cloud and high-performance computing specialist. Twenty years of enterprise database and infrastructure work across manufacturing, financial technology, telecoms, and consumer businesses taught him to make other people's software run reliably at scale, and he now does it on hyperscale HPC infrastructure. He founded Empirical Systems and co-founded Numerical AI, where he turned open parallel solvers into a platform engineers can actually run.
